Writing is enormously therapeutic. Putting our words down on paper in the form of a story, a poem or a journal opens up a way to express ourselves we rarely find in everyday communication.
I have been writing stories, poetry and journaling since I was sixteen. It helped me through many a challenging time being able to put in words my emotions. The process feeling cleansing and helping me to make sense of the craziness I felt around me.
Since then I’ve gone on to publish several articles, and work with writers as coach, editor, proofreader and appraiser. So whether you are looking for a writing coach to help you with your mental wellbeing, or you would like to explore writing short stories, novels, journals, or poetry, I will guide you to expressing yourself through the written word.

Journaling
Journaling takes many forms, and the form you take will be the right one for you. I help you explore and find that perfect form of journaling for you, and help you cast aside conventional limitations to explore journaling in a way to involve as many of your senses as we can.
We will use the page and that page will tell the story of where you are at that point. We will learn to express gratitude, we will learn how to express ourselves without words. We will communicate through words, pictures, textiles and page space.
There is no right or wrong in journaling, there is just ensuring there are no limits to the methods we use.
